Founded in 2015, The Paperplane Workshop works as an outsourced internal team, integrating directly into our clients’ workflow. Through a combination of structured processes, technical expertise, and flexible collaboration, we support brands from concept development to retail launch.
Led by founder Joe Amoruso and powered by a global team of designers, developers, and production specialists based across Europe and Asia, we believe good products come from good partnerships, and that’s what we’ve been building ever since.
We work as one team across Italy and China, providing a single point of contact and a structured internal team covering design, development, production management, and content production. Through an established network of suppliers and partners, we ensure clear communication, continuity across all phases, and a smoother path from idea to final product.
